• Chinese cabbage leaves
• Chicken liver - 400 g
• Onions - 1
• Carrots - 1
• Eggs - 2-3 pc
• Pickled cucumbers (gherkins) - 2-3 pieces

Preparation
Prepare the ingredients. Wash liver, dry and cut into small pieces. In the heated skillet with vegetable oil fry the liver on high heat, stirring occasionally ~ 2 minutes. Reduce heat to a minimum, cover the pan with a lid and cook the liver still ~ 8-10 minutes until it became tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Cool and cut liver to into small cubes. Boil eggs, cool and cut into cubes. Cucumbers cut into fine strips or cubes. Onion peels and finely chops. Wash carrot, peel and grate. In the heated skillet oil fry onions and carrots with vegetable. Add a little salt.
Add with liver, onions, carrots, cucumbers, eggs and mixes it. Add to taste, salt, freshly ground pepper, mayonnaise and stir again.
