Potatoes with walnuts and pomegranate as one of vegetarian dishes

1 / 3 pomegranate
juice 1 tbsp. spoon,
garlic cloves
finely chopped greens 1/2ch. spoons.
Potato salad with onions
Boiled potatoes in their jackets need to cool so that it could be clean and cut into thin slices. Slice the onion rings and mix with the potatoes, season with vegetable oil, salt, pepper and gently mix. Sprinkle with chopped green onions. In a salad you can add to taste 3% vinegar, ground black pepper.
Potato soup
In boiling water drop large sliced potatoes and boil in 10 minutes. Add carrots, cut into slices, onion half rings, large slices of pickled tomatoes, green peas, roots, herbs, bay leaf, salt to taste. Simmer 25 minutes. In the finished soup you can add garlic.
